Spectrafocus Instructions for Basic Levels

Disclaimer/Warning!

When using flexible plastic acrylic (3mm) or polyester (5-10mil) mirror it is extremely important to avoid creating a parabolic mirror of any substantial size. A parabolic mirror is when the edges curve towards you and concentrates the light towards a focal length. At this invisible point the brightness and heat will be dangerous depending on the mirror size, mirror shape, and the intensity of the light source. Never leave large pieces of unmodified mirror lying around where sunlight can shine on it. Always modify(warp) the mirrors before playing with them.
